Sophomore Take The Prize

In the 2nd Annual Shopping Cart Race, the races were close but the Sophomores took the Plastic Cup. The Freshmen were disqualified for not having a grocery cart. The races almost did not take place because no one had carts until the last minute. In the first heat of battle, the Sophomores took on the Juniors. The race was a nail bitter as the Juniors edged out the Sophomores in the finish, but due to an accident the Sophomores came out the victor as the Juniors were disqualified. In the second heat, the seniors got to walk down the hall as they had an easy victory due to disqualification. In the last heat, it was the battle of the "S"'. Seniors vs. Sophomores. The Seniors flipped their buggy in the beginning leaving the Sophomores to walk away with the trophy. The winning team consist of rider Larry C., the pusher is Miguel Z. and the side runners of Trevor W. and Ryan E.
